"VitaSync" Market Penetration & Adoption - Hypothetical Product Launch (Presentation File & Video)
A thorough exercise in the market penetration and adoption of a product in a (at the time of creation) "decaying" industry: smart-wearables / wearable tech. This presents an overarching business-model and launch-plan for a hypothetical "health-centric" wearable "VitaSync" which leverages marketing tactics and a robust ecosystem to eventually position itself as a necessary medical tool (more inseparable than a smartphone).
