A Little Bit About Me

Operations Analyst & Technology Strategist

Hello! My name is Clayton Steen - I have a background in Information Science Technology and Technical Communications with a heavy emphasis on Business and Data Analytics. While I consider writing and research to be my passions, I possess significant experience in Project Management as well as related Business Development and Strategy.

Through my body of research, I've become intimately familiar with current technological trends (e.g. AI, cloud-computing, etc.) and their impacts on the current global marketplace. A large portion of my body of work regards how we interact with these technologies, and how they can be implemented in novel ways that increase operational efficiency or output quality. By virtue of that, I'm also experienced with the New Product Development (NPD) Process, as well as the Innovation Management aspects that come with it.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, making music, and experiencing digital technologies.
